I had an excellent experience at this office! Jennifer performed my cleaning, and she was incredibly gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease during the process. Dr. Syed is a fantastic addition to the practice! He's personable, understanding, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he's passionate about his work, and I truly felt like I was in great hands. Update Jan 13 2025I really like the new dentist Dr Sayed, my hygienist and they replaced a crown and that was a good experience. All done in the same dayThat said, I have had some issues with their communication from the front office specifically not responding to an email when I asked for a quote for the crown.I mentioned this to Dr Sayed and I am comfortable he will address this issue———————-I had questions and concerns. Both the dentist and the hygienist helped address them, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and the issues were resolvedThey embrace service and quality
Great new doctor who really cares about his patients. Hygienists are excellent. Very nice office - warm, inviting, clean and the patient rooms all look out a large window facing the woods! They truly make your dental experience as good as can be (says a lot for someone who really dislikes going to the dentist).
